REFUND POLICY

Should THE STUDENT(S) enrollment be terminated or canceled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

• Cancellation can be made in person, by electronic mail, by Certified Mail or by termination.
• All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making an initial payment.
• Cancellation after the third (3rd) Business Day, but before the first class will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the registration fee (not to exceed $175.00).
• In case of withdrawal of THE STUDENT for any reason, except the cases provided in the previous points, THE STUDENT(S) waives any refund of the money paid for classes.
• If THE STUDENT freezes classes, THE STUDENT(S) may receive the contracted classes within a maximum period of six (6) months.
• Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of the student’s enrollment or receipt of a Cancellation Notice from the student.
• Any reimbursement will incur an administrative expense of $ 35.

The Nonprofit reserves the financial instrument to make the reimbursement.



Si la inscripción del ESTUDIANTE(S) se termina o cancela por cualquier motivo, todos los reembolsos se realizarán de acuerdo con el siguiente cronograma de reembolso:

• La cancelación puede realizarse en persona, por correo electrónico, por correo certificado o por terminación.
• Se reembolsarán todos los montos si la escuela no acepta al solicitante o si el estudiante cancela dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles posteriores a la firma del acuerdo de inscripción y al realizar un pago inicial.
• La cancelación después del tercer (3er) día hábil, pero antes de la primera clase, resultará en un reembolso de todos los montos pagados, con la excepción de la tasa de inscripción (que no excederá de $175.00).
• En caso de retiro del ESTUDIANTE por cualquier motivo, excepto los casos previstos en los puntos anteriores, el ESTUDIANTE renuncia a cualquier reembolso del dinero pagado por las clases.
• Si el ESTUDIANTE congela las clases, él/ella podrá recibir las clases contratadas dentro de un período máximo de seis (6) meses.
• Los reembolsos se realizarán dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la terminación de la inscripción del estudiante o a la recepción de un aviso de cancelación del estudiante.
• Cualquier reembolso incurrirá en un gasto administrativo de $35.

La organización sin fines de lucro se reserva el instrumento financiero para realizar el reembolso.
